Even as a regular Facebook user, even I sometimes get to the "this is too much" stage and back off for a while. I don't know that I've taken a weeks-long break, though I have taken such breaks in the past, but I do limit my posts and check-ins. I wonder if that type of behaviour has been tracked (probably; FB tracks EVERYTHING).
