Sky Heist Bacardi is suing American Airlines after six pallets and three cases of imported French cognac went missing from a shipment of 24 pallets containing 1,680 cases last year. In all seriousness, though, I would be in favour of doing this with respect to certain animals which were wiped out by humans--mammoths, mastodons, the passenger pigeon, dodos, and I'm sure that there are many others we humans have gleefully killed off in our shortsightedness.
