I moved earlier this year and with considerable sadness tossed out all of the mix tapes that I had made over the course of well over a decade. I took one last look through them, reveling in the memories that they brought back to me, but to your point, the sound quality is/was absolutely terrible (even when I used "higher quality" cassettes).
